Most Oddly Specific Emporium items are made to order. Your item is produced after you place your order, then shipped to you.

Where we ship

Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout after you enter your address. If checkout doesn't offer a shipping option for your address, email ashley@itsactuallyashley.com before ordering.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, your destination, and the available delivery method. You'll see the shipping charge before you pay.

When will it arrive?

For U.S. orders, our current Standard Delivery methods show estimates of 4–10 or 5–10 business days, depending on the item and fulfillment route. Your checkout will show the available method for your order. Delivery windows are estimates, so please allow extra time if you need something for a particular date.

For international orders, the available delivery estimate and shipping cost depend on the destination and will be shown at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country separately unless checkout states otherwise.

Orders with more than one item

Items may be produced by different print providers and arrive in separate packages. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking update.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at ashley@itsactuallyashley.com right away with your order number. Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to change the address.
